Speaker Notes

At Parsley and Twine, we are passionate about the impact that wellbeing, storytelling, and a people-centred approach can have within organisations.

Through our Speaker Notes, we create space for meaningful conversation, relationship-building, and psychological safety within events and professional settings.

What we explore:

Our speaking themes are tailored to context, but often include:

  • Human connection in a disconnected world
  • Kindness as a form of leadership
  • Purpose-led business and organisational culture
  • Wellbeing, reflection, and emotional awareness at work

These themes are adapted to align with your event, industry, and audience.

How we work:

Every speaking engagement is developed in collaboration with your organisation.

This includes:

  • A pre-event discovery call
  • Understanding your event goals, audience, and setting
  • Integration of relevant industry context and organisational values
  • Bespoke storytelling and narrative development
  • Audience interaction, where appropriate with a creative flair

What you can expect:

Each session is designed to be:

  • Engaging, reflective, and accessible
  • Tailored to your audience and context
  • Grounded in storytelling and lived experience
  • Supportive of conversation and connection

Optional additions:

  • Scarves as a shared moment - Every seat can also hold a scarf, serving as a tangible, shared moment of connection for every attendee.
  • Donate a Scarf Programme (CSR option) - For organisations with a CSR focus, speaking engagements can be combined with our Donate a Scarf Programme.

In this format:

  • A scarf is placed at each seat
  • An additional scarf is donated to someone undergoing cancer treatment in the UK
  • The experience extends beyond the event into a wider act of care

This creates a shared moment of connection within the room, and allows the impact of your experience to further extend long after the event comes to a close.
